Q. What is Noizucon buddy pass.
Buddy passes are entry passes into Noizucon.
Q. What is the difference between Buddy Pass and Buddy Plus+?
Buddy Pass :
Allows you to have 99 scan points per day for redemption.
Not eligible for Mousepad Lucky draws except for event based specific draws.
Buddy Plus+ :
Allows you unlimited scan points per day for redemption.
Requires a min 100 scan points to be eligible for Lucky draws. Points scanned can be used for redemption as Lucky Draw only accounts for 100 “scanned” points
Q. Where do you get the buddy points for scanning?
All tags on all persons in the event will have a QR Code for you to scan. Please feel free to meet new friends.
1. All exhibitors will have QR code
2. Specific Quest by exhibitors will have QR
3. Walk abouts
4. On your App on certain pages.
There wont be a short of QR Codes in the event.
Q. What is the price of Buddy Pass and Buddy Plus+
Buddy Pass is RM 30.00
Buddy Pass Plus+ is RM60.00
Prices covers multiple entry all days.
Q. What happen if I am on standard Buddy Pass and I want to upgrade to Plus+?
On your own Noizucon Portal, go to tickets and upgrade it to Plus+.
The upgrade price is RM 40.00
No. There are no difference. A buddy Pass is a Buddy pass.
Noizucon Buddy Pass are digitally created. If you can log in to your portal you are already in the system.
Please proceed to the check in counter , provide your registration detail and collect the pass on check in.

All tags from guest attending Noizucon.
From exhibitors and their exhibits
From your personal app when you are browsing through.
From the stage main screen as well as banners
From Quest Hunts as well as Walkabouts.
Q: What can I do with Buddy Points?
Both passes allow you to collect Buddy Points by scanning, which can be redeemed for items at the redemption counter.
Scan Points Limit
Q: Is there a limit to how many scan points I can collect?
Standard Buddy Pass holders are limited to 99 scan points. Buddy Plus+ holders have no limit and can collect as many points as they want.
Lucky Draw Qualification
Q: How do I qualify for lucky draws?
To qualify for mainstream lucky draws like the Mousepad Party, you need 100 or more Buddy scan points per day, available with the Buddy Plus+. Some lucky draws are open to all attendees and are applicable to on-screen or stage events. Check the feature highlights for details.
Q: Can I win multiple lucky draws?
Yes, there are no limits to how many lucky draws you can win on any day you attend. You only need to accumulate 100 points on that day to qualify.

Q: Are all shows and events included with both passes?
Yes, all shows, including Raja Farouk Live Orchestra and World Cosplay Summit Malaysia, are accessible with both pass types. Please refer to Feature Highlights for the events happening.
Points Refresh
Q: When do my scan points reset?
All scan points reset at midnight every day. Standard Buddy Pass holders can start collecting again from scratch each day and claim available items.
Included Items
Q: What items are included with each pass?
Both passes come with a lanyard, Buddy Pass Badge, and wrist tie.
Q: Can I transfer my pass to a friend since I am only coming for 1 day?
No, passes are not transferable. The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry for shared passes.
Q: How do I pay for my tickets?
You can purchase your ticket after registering on your personal portal. If you already have a standard Buddy Pass, go to the ticket section to upgrade.

Please check your email for the auth code.
Q: I paid by credit card but still unable to get confirmation.
On your ticket page, go to history and click verify to check if your payment went through. The app is tied to Senangpay, and only through a complete transaction can we verify. Please confirm directly with Senangpay or use the verify button.
