Check-In Guide for Noizucon Attendees

When you arrive at the venue:

  1. Proceed to the appropriate check-in counter.
    The counter crew will verify your name and phone number to locate your registration in the system.
    Your Buddy Tag will be issued according to your registered pass type.

  2. Counter Types:

    • Standard Buddy Pass 7[+] Check-In

    • All Access Pass / Invitation Pass / RFL Invitation Pass Check-In Counter

    • On-Site Payment and Upgrade Counter

Check-in is required only once and covers both event days.

Important Notes and Security Policy

Sign Up Before Payment
All attendees purchasing a Buddy Pass (of any class) must sign up in the system before approaching the counter for payment.
Visit https://e.noizu.asia to sign up and log in to your account before the event.

Payment Verification Required
For security reasons, all Buddy Passes—except RFL Invitation Passes—must have both sign-up and payment completed with a valid transaction code.
If your ticket payment has not been processed in the app, the system will not allow check-in at the venue.

Buddy Passes Are Non-Transferable
Each pass is registered under your name and cannot be shared or transferred. The organizers reserve the right to revoke access if a pass is found to be misused.

For On-Site Upgrades
If you have already checked in and later upgrade your pass (for example, from a Standard Buddy Pass to a Buddy Pass [+]), please return to the counter for a reissue of your tag.
No additional fee will be charged.

For On-Site Pass or Ticket Purchases
Please sign up and make payment directly at the counter.
Once payment is confirmed, your pass will be issued or upgraded immediately—a process that takes only a few seconds.

Payment Methods
On-site payments for upgrades or new passes are accepted via Touch ’n Go (TnG) or cash.
